After six years of practice in the world of physical therapy, Adam Gwardys PT,DPT saw an opportunity to deliver one-on-one treatment to the people he cares about the most— his patients.

“My patients are more invested in their recovery when they know I’m fully invested in their treatment,” Gwardys says. “That’s a big reason I decided to launch this practice—to give my patients the attention they deserve.”

“Helping and seeing patients achieve their goals—being able to do something that an injury has prevented them from doing—that to me is what this is all about.”

“Adam is an EXCELLENT Physical Therapist and personal trainer and I recommend him without reservation.

He is indeed the best I have worked with in over 50 years of using a therapist/trainer and it is hard to find the words to fully do him justice.

He is deeply knowledgeable, dependable, punctual, caring, empathetic and an absolute delight to spend time with. In short, he gets an A+ grade for his fine work!”
